How long does the scent last?
Each scent is different, but on average, it lasts 1-2 weeks before needing to add more oil. The exact time depends on the scent and other factors like temperature, humidity, how much oil is applied, and how long you let the oil soak in, which will all affect how long it lasts.
How long does the refill bottle last?
Exactly how long it will last depends on how much and how frequently you reapply the oil, but most customers get at least 6 months and some up to 1 year for each bottle.
Can you change scents?
Yes, you can switch it up whenever you like. We just recommend you wait until the scent is completely gone before changing scents.
Do I have to use your scent oil?
You don't have to use our oils. You can use any essential oils that work for wood diffusers, but we recommend ours because they are high-quality and have a long-lasting strong scent. We also add a small amount of mineral oil to each bottle to help protect the wood.
